His practice focuses on resolving severe desynchronization (scriptural brokenheartedness) in people suffering from abuse and trauma. He actively incorporates Biblical healing principles with sound clinical practice.

In recognition of that calling, he was made a Canon Missioner of Healing in 2013. He served as the Founding Director of Tallahassee Healing Prayer Ministries for ten years – a position he left in 2016 to focus fully on HeartSync Ministries. Bishop Andrew serves as Chaplain to the Archbishop, Dr. Russell McClanahan.

Since the launching of HeartSync Ministries, he travels nationally and internationally presenting a vision for how to use the HeartSync modality in prayer ministry. Bishop Andrew currently resides in Tallahassee with his wife, Lisa, where he teaches the online HeartSync programs.
